There is no cost to join the club. As a member, you are committing to receiving (3) allocations per year. Allocations for VI Bottle Club will range between $110-$175 per allocation. XII Bottle Club allocations will range between $220-$350 per allocation

For as long as you are happy with your subscription, with the minimum commitment of 3 shipments. Canceling your membership prior to 3 shipments will result in a $75 cancelation fee.

Members’ credit cards on file will be charged two months after the allocation detail is sent out for customization. For example, the March (“Spring Allocation”) is available to customize beginning mid-February, and charged mid-May, in order to give club members a large window to customize and pick up their release. You will receive an email notification prior to the billing of your club purchase with full detail of your shipment. After billing you will see a charge from Modales on your credit card statement.

Shipping wine can be quite pricey (think heavy boxes & specialized packaging) so we have made shipping free for XII Club member allocations and case orders. Standard shipping rates apply for VI Club.
For most of the Mid-West, wine shipments are delivered 1 to 2 days after Club release dates. For East & West Coast addresses, wine shipments are delivered between 5 to 10 business days. When your release is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to the Mid-West’s unpredictable weather, actual shipping window may be as long as two weeks to ensure favorable weather for wine quality.

Yes, indeed. If you live locally you can select to have all club orders be held at the winery for pick up for up to 30 days. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, shipping will automatically be charged to the card on file and mailed out to you.
Yes! Just make sure to authorize them first by contacting your Wine Club Concierge. All pick-ups must be done by someone who is 21 years of age or older.

In addition to your regular club shipment, occasionally we will offer optional club shipments. These are special selections made exclusively for our club members in limited quantities. You will receive an email announcing the special selection and be given the option to “opt-in” for the shipment.

As a Modales Wine Club Member, you will receive a 20% discount on bottle purchases, merchandise, and allocations. You will also receive a 40% discount (up to 4 per visit) on tastings, flights, & glasses after you’ve used your (2) monthly complimentary tastings/flights. Tour prices & events will also be at a discounted price for members!

If you wish, you may cancel your club membership any time before your billing by calling your wine club concierge. Please note there may be a $75 cancelation charge for members who cancel prior to receiving a minimum of 3 allocations.

The shipping service we use will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to us we will promptly contact you to make new delivery arrangements.
In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked, notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem for you.

During each allocation, you will be sent a link to view & customize your allocation online. You will be able to add more wines or swap out wines to ensure you get the wines you want in every shipment. Some restrictions may apply.

Club members have priority & exclusive access to certain wines, pairing dinners, release parties & more at the winery! Reservations will be required for events & dinners.

Each month, members receive 2 complimentary tastings/flights and 4 tastings/flights/glasses at 40% off per visit that can be shared with guests. Reservations for guided tastings are available for up to 8 guests. Patio table reservations can be made for groups of up to 12 (contact us for groups larger than 12).

With a reservation, Club members have priority on the tasting room patio where you can enjoy a tasting flight. You can also taste inside the Tasting Room at the bar for a guided tasting. Please email our Club Concierge if you have any questions or requests for your upcoming visit to the winery!
