We are currently shipping to the following states: AZ, FL, IL, MI, VI, DC, WI. Please check back periodically as more states are being added on a monthly basis.
For as long as you are happy with your subscription, with the minimum commitment of 3
Members credit cards on file will be charged three days ahead of the fulfilment date of your March, May & September allocation release date. You will receive an email notification prior to the billing of your your club purchase with full deatil of your shipment. After billing you will see a charge from Modales on your credit card statement.
Shipping wine can be quite pricey (think heavy boxes & specialized packaging) so we have made shipping free for XII Club member allocations and case orders. Standard shipping rates apply for VI Club.
For most of the Mid-West, wine shipments are delivered 1 to 2 days after Club release dates. For East & West Coast addresses, wine shipments are delivered between 5 to 10 business days. When your release is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to the Mid-West’s unpredictable weather, actual shipping window may be as long as two weeks to ensure favorable weather for wine quality.

Yes, indeed. If you live locally you can select to have all club orders be held at the winery for pick up for up to 30 days. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, shipping will automatically be charged to the card on file and mailed out to you.
Yes! Just make sure to authorize them first by contacting your Wine Club Concierge. All pick-ups must be done by someone who is 21 years of age or older.
In addition to your regular club shipment, occasionally we will offer optional club shipments. These are special selections made exclusively for our club members in limited quantities. Modales club members receive complimentary tastings based on membershio tier. Reservations can be made on our Visit Us page. Or you can give us a call at (269) 722-3505 11am-6pm daily and we will be happy to make the reservation for you over the phone.

Modales members receive 20% off any case purchases made online at modaleswines.com, while visiting our tasting room, or by calling us at (269) 722-3505.
If you wish, you may cancel your club membership any time before your billing by calling your wine club concierge. Please note there will be a $75 cancelation charge for members who cancel prior to recieving a minimum of 3 allocations.
The shipping service we use will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to us we will promptly contact you to make new delivery arrangements.
In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked, notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem for you.
Yes. You will receive an email notification three days prior to billing. At this time, you can choose an alternate shipping date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Club members will be sent a link to view your allocation online two weeks days prior to billing when the customization window opens. You will be able to add more wines or swap out wines to ensure you get the wines you want in every shipment. Some restrictions do apply.
You bet. Live Music, Artist Openings, Maker’s Events and Wine Pairing Dinners are all made available in advance for members and up to three guests. Reservations required.
As many as you want! Each calandar month you can redeem your complimentary tastings based on club level. After your complemtery tastings have been redeemed, each additinal tasting will be full price. Reservations are recommended, but required for groups of 9 or more so we can accommodate your club member experience in the best possible way. For groups of 9 or more guests please visit our Visit Us page.
With a reservation, Club members have priority on the tasting room patio where they enjoy complimentary tastings. You can also taste inside the Tasting Room at the bar. Please email our Club Concierge if there is anything we can do to make your next visit a more memorable one.
