All orders placed on this Site require a credit card. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers are transmitted via secure and encrypted methods. If desired, credit card numbers can be kept on file for future purchases. For your security, these credit card numbers are stored in secure, encrypted databases.

Return Policy 

At Modales Winery & Vineyards, we are focused on crafting the best wine possible. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed, damaged, or deemed unsatisfactory by the customer. By state law, alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. Once wine is shipped it is considered purchased and cannot be refunded for any but the above reasons.

How do I return my wine?

We ask for the return of the unfinished portion of the original bottle to the tasting room for replacement or refund. Once the wine is received, we will either replace the flawed bottle with the current vintage of the same varietal, or we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?

Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?

In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.
