ABOUT
At Modales, we combine traditional winemaking techniques, such as hand-harvesting our premium grapes, with using the fewest interventions as possible, to express the uniqueness of our vineyard site, filtering our wines only when necessary. We implement modern technologies to preserve the magic that comes from the vineyard and directly translate it to the bottle. Once the grapes are harvested, our winemaker pays close attention to the transformation from grape to bottle, creating wines that express the season and the soil in which they are grown.
