Minds of Modales is back in July as we pair Modales wines with a variety of different cheeses! Wine and cheese go way back. It’s a pairing skill that everyone can adapt! Our good friend & Chef/Sommelier Mindy Trafman will be joining and leading us through this fun class! Mindy will take us through traditional and non traditional pairings of wine & cheese. You’ll learn the reasons behind why each pairing is a match made in cheese heaven!
