This class will take you back to the beginning as you learn about the different climates that went into specific vintages. We’ll guide you through the different things that can change over the years & allow you to do a vertical tasting!

Cellaring wine may not be on the priority just yet, but you’ll learn the tips and tricks to best preserve those wines that are headed to your library!
