Our Warehouse was one of the original structures on the property when we purchased the farm in 2016 and its shape was the inspiration for our iconic logo. The structure underwent a complete renovation and was used as the interim Tasting Room during our first year open to the public.

Overlooking the southern side of the vineyard, the eastern corridor of our patio is the largest section and features easily adjustable windows & doors allowing this area to be fully enclosed or opened up, depending on the season and your preference. This patio is accessible directly from the parking lot or through the main Tasting Room entrance.

DESCRIPTION
The western corridor of our patio is directly adjacent to the retractable garage door that leads to the Main Tasting Room. It features easily adjustable windows & doors allowing this area to be fully enclosed or opened up, depending on the season and your preference. It’s the best location for taking in the sunsets over the vineyard. It can be accessed by its own service door or though the main Tasting Room entrance.

POLICIES

Parties of 17 or more guests must inquire for a rental
At this time, Modales does not host wedding ceremonies
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No outside alcohol is allowed
No pets allowed
Guests may bring in their own food and non-alcoholic beverages
Kids are welcome and are the responsibility of their parent or guardian
Unless the whole property is rented, access is limited to the space(s) specified in the rental contract
Unless in a secluded area, rental parties must be considerate of other guests
All rentals must take place during consecutive hours
Facilities are only available for the times specified in the contract, including preparation and clean up time
Fees may be subtracted from the security deposit return for every hour your event runs over the agreed upon stop time
Lessee responsible for damages to property, Modales is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property
There are no parking fees
Preferred vendors only, our list of vendors is available upon request

  • There is no fee to rent each space but rather a minimum spend requirement for each space.
  • If the minimum spend is not reached you will be charged for the difference.
  • All Event Space Rentals are for 4-hour consecutive hours (additional time can be added for raising the minimum spend).
