Minds of Modales continues in March as we learn about the winemaking approach here at Modales Wines. We’ll take you into the life of a winemaker and taste through wines straight from barrel. You’ll learn how oak barrels and aging plays a part in the winemaking process. To go along with the barrel tasting, we’ll have smoked meats available for those in attendance! This class will give you an idea of what our future wines will become before release, and give you an insight on the day to day for our winemaker Andrew!
