We’re very excited to welcome back our dear friend, and Holland’s own Dave Bos, of Bos Wine in Elk Rapids, MI. Joining him, another dear friend, Andrew Backlin, winemaker at Modales Wine in Fennville, MI!

These two are great friends, and represent part of a very small handful of growers/makers who’ve been changing the scene in Michigan.

As you know, it all begins in the soil, and the proof continues to ring out far & wide, as the New Michigan Wine makes waves well beyond our lauded Lakes.

For this special night, we’ll be serving 5 courses, alongside 10 wines. It’s less of a competition, & more of an opportunity to look through 2 distinct wines at each dish, as we party in style with two of the best guides we could hope for.

The wines have been selected, and we’re putting the finishing touches on our menu, which we’re excited to share very, very soon.
