MODALES WINES
Modales, our signature brand, offers estate-grown bottles of elegant red and white wines. We hand craft our wines long before grapes appear on the vine: meticulously caring for our rich, unique soil; treating every vine as an individual. Following more traditional winemaking techniques, and using relatively low residual sugars, Modales reds, whites and rosés are stunning examples of their varieties. Recent additions to the Modales collection are the 2018 Chardonnay, 2018 Pino Noir, 2017 Lamastus Red Blend. Come November and Nouveau season, we will be releasing 2 new reds, Red Nouveau, Rosé Nouveau and D’Asti Nouveau. Experience these world class wines with us or order them online!

2018 MODALES DRY RIESLING
These Riesling grapes were whole-cluster pressed and the juice was then cold settled and transferred to a stainless steel tank. It was a long and slow fermentation with wild yeast at 50°. This wine then raised on it’s fermentation lees until bottling, developing body and complexity as a result.
